Description

Plácido Benavides was an early Mexican-born settler in De Leon's Colony, and earned himself the nickname of the "Paul Revere of Texas" for his 1836 journey from San Patricio to Goliad to Victoria, warning residents of the approaching Mexican army.

The Texas Standard Tejas Guayabera blends the timeless style of a classic guayabera with signature Texas details for a shirt that's equally at home from the ranch to a summer wedding. Crafted from a soft, breathable 55% cotton / 45% linen blend, it delivers lightweight comfort that only gets better with wear.

Designed with a hidden button-down collar to keep a clean, polished look, the Tejas features traditional guayabera embroidery in an iconic Texas Standard pattern, double chest pockets, and a western-inspired back yoke that gives this heritage shirt a distinctly Texas identity. Finished with a tailored length that's meant to be worn untucked, it's an effortless warm-weather staple you'll reach for all season long.
