GROUP ORDER FAQ

What timeline should be expected for a group order?

If the desired items are currently in stock on our website and we have enough stock on hand to fulfill your order, your order may be ready to ship in as little as 14 days.

What if the item(s) I would like to purchase are out of stock on the website?

We can accommodate orders for out-of-stock items, but please expect 2-3 months minimum before the items are ready to ship to you.

Can I add custom embroidery to an item (company logo, commemorative text, etc)?

We are happy to ship an order directly to the embroiderer of your choice or connect you with our preferred embroiderer here in Austin. Details of custom embroidery can be discussed directly with the embroiderer of your choice.

Is it possible to create a custom item in a color way that has not been made before?

Yes! We are open to discussing creating custom items for a minimum of 200 units.

Is there a discount for group orders?

Yes! We are happy to offer discounts depending on the size of your order. Please inquire for more details.
