How much is shipping? 

$3.95 flat for orders up to $150, and complimentary shipping on orders over $150.

How do your products fit?

Our products essentially fit true to size -- whatever size shirt you have the most of in your closet is likely to be the right size with us.  We've generally aimed to avoid baggy cuts for each size, which should fit most folks nicely. None of our products shrink during normal washing.

How can I exchange or return a product?

We've got you covered with FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES. We accept all exchanges and return for products that are not damaged within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are final sale.

Otherwise you can forward your order confirmation email to us at service@texas-standard.com and let us know what you'd like to exchange or return. If you can't find the order confirmation, please email service@texas-standard.com with your name and details on the exchange / return and we'll take care of it for you.

I placed an order with the wrong shipping address or other details - what do I do?

We generally ship orders within 24 hours, so please immediately email us at service@texas-standard.com with your name and the correct shipping address or correction. 

When will my order arrive?

We ship U.S. Postal Service First-Class / Priority Mail.  Orders go out Monday through Friday. Our orders typically arrive in 2-3 business days from time of order, faster in Texas. 2020 shipping conditions may be slightly slower.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be sent via email / text upon our packing of the order. 

I haven't received my package yet, what should I do?

Check the tracking info on the link you received via email upon purchasing, the most common problem is the post office holding a package. As always, email us and we're happy to help.

Why won't my free gift show up in my cart?

From time to time we have exclusive gifts with purchases either with or without a promo code. The free item will be added to your shipment after your order without you needing to add it to cart - just place your order as usual and we'll throw in the free item when we ship it!
